What to expect

Sara teaches ever-evolving classes that are adaptable for beginners and the experienced. Her classes focus on the breath, mindfulness and, in her power flow class, a very healthy dose of sweat. She encourages playfulness and enjoyment of the present moment.

You’ll experience heart-felt meditations, dramatic flow, and signature core-work, practicing practical growth into peaceful exhaustion.

Class Options:

Power Flow: energetic flowing class, expect to raise your heart beat and a healthy dose of core work

Chill Out Flow: connect breath to movement in an easeful way

Restorative: centering practice, expect to hold poses for longer periods of time to focus on relaxation and calming the mind

Pre/Postnatal: focused breath, mental centering, stretching and building strength

Meditation: enhance peace and awareness as we focus on breath and quieting the mind

Cyoga: focused movement in one direction of mobility to prepare for peak poses
