I believe that yoga is a lifestyle - What you experience and practice on your mat extends into all areas of your life. Yoga betters my mental, emotional and physical well-being and is an opportunity for connection and reflection; finding what’s true for me in each moment. Yoga encourages people to live purposely everyday, to feel great about themselves and more deeply fulfilled in their lives. The mat is a space to experience non-judgement and gentle awareness of the edges of your practice. It is here that we learn to respect our own limitations and celebrate our growth.
